Funds are captured by Crowdcube from investors on an ongoing basis while your Investment Offer is open for investment. Investors can cancel their investment and Crowdcube will refund their payment up to expiry of a cooling off period (typically 4 days) which begins shortly after the Investment Offer closes (subject to closing due diligence and other completion mechanics).
