We are able to accept payments via Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards as recognised by Stripe, our third party payment provider. Unfortunately we are not able to accept payments via cheque or direct transfer. Please note that the classification of cards can vary greatly depending on the issuing bank, and only those that Stripe recognise as a debit, credit or prepaid card will be accepted.
If you wish to change the bank details you have chosen to pay with please go to the 'Payments' section of your Crowdcube account. There you can update your payment details.
Once a pitch has been closed to further funding we will send all investors an email providing seven working days to review the investment opportunity and read the Articles of Association. After this period has expired we will collect payments from all investors within 2-3 working days.
