Where appropriate, we can make our nominee method of raising finance available to businesses.
People investing in a company raising finance using a nominee structure will have their shares held in trust by a nominee company on their behalf in accordance with the trust agreement included on the pitch.
The Company will still be required to keep investors up-to-date with the progress of the business. Where investors benefit from other rights, such as pre-emption or voting, this will be communicated and effected through the nominee in accordance with the trust agreement.
All your communications with The Company concerning an investor’s beneficial shareholding should be directed through the nominee via Crowdcube’s Investor Relations Portal.
Please note that a nominee will not affect a company’s EIS or SEIS status.
If you are interested in using a nominee please contact us.
