You can pay for your investment with Visa and Mastercard debit, credit or prepaid cards – all processed through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We cannot accept payments via cheque or direct transfer.
If you want to change the payment details you provided when making your investment, you can do so in the ‘Payments’ section of your Crowdcube account.
Once the pitch you’ve invested in has been successfully funded, you will enter a cooling-off period, generally no shorter than seven days, in which you can review your investment before it becomes final. Once this cooling-off period has passed, we’ll send you an email confirming when your payment, which includes your investment and our investment fee, will be collected.
