We accept the following as proof of address (we can accept the international version of any of these documents):

Current photocard driving licence - Paper documents and provisional/learner licenses not accepted (only if not used for proof of ID)

National identity card bearing a photograph - Paper documents not accepted (front and back and only if not used for ID)

Utility bill issued within the last three months (excluding mobile phone bills, insurance documents and medical bills)

Internet/ cable TV/ house phone line bills issued in the last three months
-
Council tax bill issued in the last three months
-
Tax return or certificate from the tax authority showing that the individual does not pay any tax (issued in the last 3 months)

Bank statement or credit card statement issued within the last three months (excluding Revolut statements)
-
Solicitor’s letter confirming completed recent house purchase or land registry confirmation of address
-
Council or housing association rent card or tenancy agreement for the the last three months
-
A lease agreement that is current and has the signatures of the landlord and the tenant
Your proof of address document must match the address and the name on your Crowdcube account, if it does not, you can update your address here and you can update your name by sending us an email to support@crowdcube.com.
We can accept the international versions of any of these documents. Please upload either a scanned document, a clear photograph, a PDF download or a screenshot (if your accounts are online/paperless).
Please avoid using a PDF converter when uploading your documents. We accept JPEG, JPG, PNG, PDF formats.
Please note, that in order to verify your proof of address, we will need to see:

Your full legal name, only one name should appear on your document and it should match the full legal name on your Crowdcube account

Your full residential address, which should match the address of your Crowdcube account

Date of issue
-
All documents must have been issued within the last 3 months (except for IDs)
If these details are not on the same side, we will need you to send us the front and back of your document.
