Once the pitch you’ve invested in reaches its target and closes to further funding, we will email you our legal review of the company and give you the details of the cooling-off period – a period of around 4 days in which you can review your investment before it becomes final.
Once the cooling-off period has expired, we will take the payment for your investment and then send you your ownership statement, and any tax relief certificates. The documentation can be found, once issued, in your portfolio.
You can then stay updated with the company you’ve invested in, and vote on any key decisions, through your account.
