The share price of companies on Crowdcube is calculated on a fully diluted basis.
This means that it’s calculated by dividing the company’s pre-money valuation by the total of shares and all dilutive elements (things that could convert into shares, like options and convertibles).
We have a calculator to help companies work this out effectively, and our legal team will review it before the investment opportunity goes live on the platform.
You will then have the option to invest in the businesses from €10, but this will be rounded to the closest multiple of the share price. For example, if the share price is €3.10, the minimum you can invest in that pitch will be €12.40.
When making an investment, you will be told what the minimum investment is for that particular pitch.
