Investment Thresholds: £250,000 - uncapped. The company will ideally be revenue generating showing some customer/user traction for a primary fundraise. For a secondary or a employee tender offer the company would need to be growth stage and either breakeven or profitable.
Raising investment for the holding company or in the case of a secondary liquidity event an SPV or fund managed in the UK or EU.
