When is payment for my investment collected?
Once you make an investment in a PISCES opportunity, payment will usually be taken from your card shortly after your investment is confirmed.
In some cases, payment may be delayed if additional AML or KYC checks are required. If this happens, you will be notified before any payment is taken.
Most payments are successful. However, in rare cases an investment may be confirmed but the payment fails. If this happens, we’ll notify you by email so you can try again. If the issue persists, you can contact our support team for assistance.
In certain circumstances, payments that have already been taken may be cancelled and funds returned to the investor. This may occur if:
- the opportunity is cancelled, or
- an investor does not pass AML/KYC checks and is unable to resolve a payment failure in time for the funding round to complete.
What happens after I’ve invested?
Once a PISCES opportunity closes to further funding, there is no 4-calendar-day cooling-off period to review your investment or request a refund.
You may cancel your investment and receive a refund while the opportunity is still live. Once the opportunity has closed, you will no longer be able to cancel your investment.
