Indicative timeline
The table below shows what happens from launch through to settlement of funds.
| Stage | Timing | What Happens |
| 1. Launch & invitation | Week 1 | You'll receive an official email invitation containing your personal link to access the Crowdcube secondary platform. |
| 2. Order submission & document signing | Weeks 1–2 | Log in to Crowdcube, review the offer details, submit your instruction on how many shares you wish to sell, and sign the documents. Check and complete any requested personal information, including your bank details. |
| 3. KYC / AML verification | Weeks 1–3 | Once you submit a sell order, we carry out identity and anti-money laundering checks. In most cases this happens automatically in the background. Occasionally we may need more information, in which case we'll email you directly. |
| 4. Execution & settlement | Week 4 | If there's excess demand on the buy or sell side, the Company will approve scaling back of orders. Crowdcube then executes your order. |
| 5. Payout distribution | Week 5 | Funds are transferred directly to your designated bank account once settlement concludes. |
This is an indicative timeline and will vary from transaction to transaction depending on circumstances and company preferences.
