If you list your business on Crowdcube, there will be a listing fee. The amount of this fee will depend on the type of investment offer you do with us ranging from £4,995 for Focus Raise (only marketed to your network) to £9,995 for a Full Access (also marketed to the Crowdcube investor base).
A success fee of up to 8% for Full Access offers is only charged on the amount you successfully raise. If your offer is Focus, the success fee is 5%.
A platform fee of 2.5% will be applicable on all funds raised. This fee includes our third-party payment provider’s variable costs (Crowdcube assumes the risk on this variability), anti-money laundering checks on your investors and the cost of collecting, reconciling and distributing the funds raised. [Please note VAT is payable on the platform fee, but not on the listing or success fees].
An annual Nominee fee of either £750 (Focus) or £1000 (Full Access) to cover the Nominee services and the ongoing custody of shares on behalf of investors. The first 12 months following the successful completion of your fundraising round are covered within the Platform Fee, so no separate charge will apply during that period. After that, the annual fee will be invoiced each year. If you complete another raise on Crowdcube in the future, the annual fee will be waived again for the 12 months following that new round.
